Role Description

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences.
- Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses.
- Handle student enquiries and follow up with prospective leads.
- Provide clear information about admissions and study abroad opportunities.




- Maintain student records and update lead information regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams throughout the student journey.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, student interests, and digital communication trends.
- Contribute creative ideas for student engagement and marketing activities based on trending social media content.
- Represent the company at education stalls, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and student awareness sessions at schools, colleges, and other institutions.
- Actively engage with students and parents during events and generate potential leads.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Passion for counselling and helping students achieve their career goals.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle enquiries and follow up effectively.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and digital platforms.

Location: Chennai Office Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
