Billing Executive

- Handle billing operations at the supermarket counter.

- Ensure accurate and effective billing for customer purchases.

- Process cash, UPI, and card payments.

- Provide friendly and professional customer service.

- Resolve basic billing-related queries and assist customers at the counter.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Payment Handling:

- Generate accurate customer bills using the billing/POS system.

- Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions.

- Verify payment amounts and provide correct change when required.

- Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.

- Report any billing or payment discrepancies to the supervisor.

Customer Service

- Greet and assist customers at the billing counter.

- Respond to customer queries regarding bills and payments.

- Maintain a polite and customer-friendly approach.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience.
