Role Description The Structural BIM Modeler will create and manage detailed structural BIM models for building projects, ensuring accuracy and coordination with architectural and MEP disciplines. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting design inputs, preparing and updating construction drawings, detecting and resolving clashes, and maintaining model standards and documentation.

The role involves close collaboration with structural engineers, architects,



and other project stakeholders to support design development and construction documentation. The Structural BIM Modeler will also assist in implementing BIM workflows, adhering to applicable codes and standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of modeling practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in structural modeling.
- Ability to work with Architecture and Construction Drawings, including reading, interpreting, and converting them into coordinated BIM models.
- Experience collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure integrated and clash-free models.
- Proficiency as a Modeler, with attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to project standards and codes.
- Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and BIM execution plans.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience with commonly used BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
