We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Strategy Manager to join the Group Strategy team supporting the Vice Chairman's Office. This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to strategic decision-making at the group level across a diversified business portfolio.
Role & responsibilities
- Support corporate and business-unit strategy, annual planning and strategic reviews.
- Develop financial models, business cases, scenario/profitability analysis and investment evaluations.
- Build MIS, dashboards and KPI trackers for business and financial performance.
- Drive and track cross-functional strategic and transformation projects.
- Conduct market, competitive and macroeconomic research and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations, board-level briefing notes and executive summaries.
- Support the Strategy leadership on high-priority, confidential and ad hoc assignments.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-6 years relevant work experience
- MBA from Tier 1 Institute
- Robust analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
