COMPANY DESCRIPTION
FreJun is an AI-powered voice and telephony company building products that help businesses and developers automate and scale phone-based communication.
FreJun Dialer is our business calling platform integrated with CRMs and ATSs, used by sales, support, and recruitment teams.
Teler is FreJun's programmable voice and telephony infrastructure layer, providing developers and AI teams with APIs for call control, media streaming, number provisioning, and call handling. Teler enables companies building AI voice agents and communication products to put real phone calls behind their applications.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time role for a Strategic Partnerships Associate focused on Teler.
The role sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, business development, and product. You will identify and develop partnerships with AI agent platforms, voice/LLM tooling companies, automation platforms, CRMs, IT services companies, and system integrators.
You will work with potential partners from the first conversation through technical evaluation, integration, onboarding, and ultimately their first production call.
This is a technical partnerships role and is NOT a conventional sales or generalist business development position.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
Candidates must have a minimum of 1–2 years of genuine hands-on experience writing code or building a software product.
You must be able to demonstrate real software/product-building experience, such as:
- Production code or features that were shipped
- A software product you built and launched
- A startup/product you built or co-built
- Software integrations you developed
- Substantial open-source work
- Solutions/integration engineering involving actual coding
Pure Sales, SDR/BDR, Recruitment, Agency, Marketing, Account Management, or Generalist BD experience does not satisfy this requirement. Coursework, certificates, bootcamp projects, tutorial projects, or basic academic projects without meaningful ownership or real users will not be considered sufficient.
This is a hard screening filter. Candidates will be asked to provide evidence of something they have built and may be asked to explain it during the interview.
