We are looking for a Store Supervior at our Vaidyaratnam Chuvannamannu Production Unit.

1. Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
2. Experience: 2 - 5years and above in Inventory and Warehouse Management

Technical Competencies: a. Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate level and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.b. Proficiency in ERP systems.

Skill Set Requirements:

a. Time Management

Purpose:

To assist the Asst. Manager Store in overseeing and coordinating daily R.M. Store activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising workers, and securing the R.M Store.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to standard Store and Purchasing operating procedures.
2. Supervise and coordinate the receiving, unloading, and assembling of inbound stock and timely documentation of GRN entries & BMR.
3.



Maintain an orderly work area and ensure security and safety of the warehouse.
4. Proper follow-up of the First In First Out (FIFO) method in transactions.
5. Oversee loading of stock items from the Store to the Process section.
6. Ensure stock replenishment to the stores on time.
7. Coordinate with QA QC for the timely quality inspection of new stock receipts and advise the R.M office of any quality rejections.
8. Ensure that receipts and issues are updated and confirmed in the ERP system within the same day or assigned timeline.
9. Initiate physical stock audits to analyze the correctness with the ERP system.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
