Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive / Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations in our plastic injection moulding manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, raw material handling, stock reconciliation, and store documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Receive, inspect and record incoming raw materials and other materials.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Issue raw materials, consumables and other materials to the Production Department as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and physical inventory.
- Perform Raw Material Reconciliation between received, issued, consumed and balance quantities.
- Monitor material consumption and identify stock discrepancies.
- Maintain GRN, material issue, material receipt and stock transfer records.
- Handle inward and outward material documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper storage, identification and location of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.




- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the store area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Handle store-related entries and inventory transactions in Tally.

Mandatory Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Store / Inventory Management.
- Tally knowledge is mandatory.
- Raw Material Reconciliation knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in a plastic injection moulding / manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Knowledge of GRN, material inward/outward and stock verification.
- Positive Excel and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma / ITI with relevant experience in Store & Inventory Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in plastic raw material stores, especially handling polymers/resins, production material, consumables and inventory reconciliation, will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Tally + Raw Material Reconciliation experience is mandatory.
