Kalparaag is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee retail operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Location: Delhi & Bhopal

Delhi: Female candidates only

Bhopal: Male & Female candidates

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and the store team.

Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.

Deliver a premium customer experience.

Monitor sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and store performance.

Oversee stock management, replenishment and visual presentation.

Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Maintain store standards, discipline and grooming.

Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth store functioning.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in retail/store management.

Fashion, designer, luxury or premium brand experience preferred.

Robust sales, communication and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to independently manage store operations.
