Role

Lead store operations, sales, profitability, customer experience, and team performance while ensuring brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of store targets.
- Monitor key KPIs: conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall, productivity, and shrinkage.
- Deliver a premium customer experience and manage escalations.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop the store team.
- Ensure SOP, visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance standards are met.
- Manage stock availability, audits, costs, and store reporting.
- Work with Area/Regional leadership to improve store performance.

Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of retail store operations experience, including Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory, customer service, and store operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Luxury, premium, fashion, or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
