Role Description The Store Manager/Senior Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused experience. This full-time, on-site role in Telangana, India includes supervising staff, managing inventory, monitoring store performance, and maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards. The role involves handling customer inquiries and concerns, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The manager also supports scheduling, training, and performance feedback for team members, and works to achieve sales,



profitability, and customer satisfaction targets through effective store management.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Store Management capabilities, including overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and inventory handling.
- Retail Loss Prevention skills, with attention to cash handling, shrink control, and adherence to operational procedures.
