About the Role

We’re looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of our complete store and inventory operations.

The person should have a good understanding of organic material handling and segregation and be able to maintain proper traceability and records as per applicable organic standards.

What you’ll own

- Inward & outward movement of raw materials, packaging & finished goods
- Proper storage, identification and inventory management
- Segregation of organic and conventional materials
- Batch, lot, expiry & traceability management
- FIFO / FEFO implementation
- Daily stock entries, reconciliation & physical stock verification
- Ensure proper labelling and identification of organic materials
- Maintain records required for organic compliance and audits
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Purchase, Production & Dispatch
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production
- Control stock variances, wastage, damages and material losses
- ERP / inventory system and MIS management
- Maintain good housekeeping and storage practices

What we’re looking for
- 3–6 years of experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory




- Experience in the organic food industry is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of organic material segregation from conventional material
- Knowledge of organic standards/guidelines such as NOP, NPOP, EU Organic etc.
- Understanding of traceability, batch/lot-wise records and organic documentation
- Experience handling raw materials, packaging and finished goods
- Good knowledge of ERP / inventory software & Excel
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage a store team
- Someone who is organised, disciplined, hands-on and takes ownership

We want someone who knows what is in the store, where it is, what is organic, what is conventional, how it needs to be stored and how every material can be traced.
