Role Description The Store Manager - Mumbai is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the VAISHALI S Couture store in Mumbai. This role includes managing the sales floor, supervising and coaching the store team, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, and maintaining brand guidelines.

The Store

Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a premium, personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, coordinating with head office on stock and collections,



implementing retail loss prevention measures, and tracking sales performance and store targets. The role requires hands-on leadership, active presence on the shop floor, and support events, launches, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide an exceptional in-store experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management, and to represent the brand professionally.
- Store Management skills to oversee daily operations, lead the team, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to brand and operational standards.
- Proven experience in retail or fashion store management, preferably in luxury or designer wear.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with solid people-management and coaching capabilities.
- Comfort with basic sales reporting, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
- Fluency in English and local languages; strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- 5 plus years of experience in Luxury Retail
