Job Purpose To manage the overall store operations, achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and effectively manage the store team while maintaining Lawman brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Plan daily sales activities and ensure effective staff deployment.

- Drive sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer experience.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the store team.

- Ensure proper customer handling and service standards.

- Monitor stock availability, stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per Lawman guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and operational processes.





- Control shrinkage, stock loss, and operational expenses.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

- Conduct regular team briefings and provide product and sales training.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.

- Coordinate with the Area Manager and HO team for store-related requirements.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for business at all times.
