Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi, responsible for overseeing daily store operations, inventory management, and material handling. This role includes monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate documentation of receipts and issues, and coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain smooth supply flow.

The Store

Manager will implement best practices for storage, safety,



and housekeeping, track and report discrepancies, and support audits and compliance requirements. The role also involves supervising store staff, fostering a culture of customer-focused service for internal stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and cost control.

Qualifications

- Solid store management and inventory control skills, including experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills to effectively support internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention or material loss control practices, including handling stock variances and shrinkage.
- Relevant experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in industrial, electronics, or manufacturing settings.
- Ability to use ERP or inventory management software and proficiency with basic MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
