Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of materials, raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

- Check quantity, quality, specifications, and condition of received materials.
- Properly store and arrange materials in designated locations.
- Issue materials to production/other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inward, outward, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and systematic arrangement of inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.




- Prepare and maintain stock reports, inventory statements, and other store-related documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage, loss, or wastage.
- Follow company policies related to inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Assist during internal/external stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

*Graduation Preferred *0-1 year of experience

*Basic knowledge of Excel

*Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

*Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

*Ability to manage physical inventory and coordinate with multiple departments.

*Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
