Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and responsible Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, inventory, material receiving, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, strong record-keeping skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with production, purchase, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and returns.
- Issue raw materials and other items as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue slips, and other store documents.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the store.
- Minimize material wastage, loss,



and inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.

Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Experience with ERP/software for inventory management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle physical stock verification and maintain accurate documentation.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
