Main Responsibilities

The Store Auditor will be responsible for conducting regular audits of all clinic branches through video calls and completing a full physical stock audit. The auditor will assign daily and weekly work to the store team and take regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion. He/she must check whether the store team is working properly as per the defined SOPs.

The role also includes auditing and managing factory stock including raw materials, packing materials and finished goods. The auditor must check cleanliness, hygiene, pest control and safety of all stores and submit a weekly audit report with clear photos to the management on time.

A. Stock Verification: The auditor must tally physical stock with system/software stock and check expiry dates by preparing a list of products expiring in the next 3 months.Minimum stock level and re-order level should be maintained for all products, high-value/costly product register should be maintained separately and it should be ensured that no products are lying without proper label, barcode or MRP.

Operations & Team Management: The auditor has to verify that daily work allocation and duty chart for store staff is prepared and that all inward and outward stock entries are done with proper bills and challans.



Proper filing of bills, invoices and delivery challans must be checked along with proper labeling on every box with product name, quantity, date and branch. During stock receiving process, quantity and quality check from factory must be ensured. Staff discipline regarding uniform, ID card, attendance and behavior must also be checked.

C. Factory Stock Audit: This includes physical count of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods ready for dispatch. Wastage, return and scrap record should be properly maintained and it must be ensured that the factory store is organized and clean.

D. Cleanliness, Safety & Compliance: The auditor must ensure daily cleaning, dusting and mopping of the store is done

E. Reporting & Control: Weekly audit report with clear photos must be sent to management on time and any stock theft, major mismatch or missing stock must be reported immediately. The auditor must prepare next week's purchase requirement/indent list and check CCTV footage if any stock issue is found.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
