PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) and Data Domain environments. Configure backup jobs, policies, schedules, retention, and recovery operations. Troubleshoot backup failures, replication issues, and storage capacity/performance problems. Manage and support
NetApp storage environments, including capacity and performance monitoring. Support
Cisco switch configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and infrastructure-related incidents. Perform incident management, RCA, patching, upgrades, and maintain operational documentation.
