As a Storage & Backup Admin - Associate - Operate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will focus on designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. You will take ownership of your development, appreciate diverse perspectives,



and commit to understanding how the business works, building your commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and minimize downtime
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to maintain service availability and performance
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud infrastructure and service management
- Collaborating with team members to design and implement secure IT systems that enhance business operations
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and performance optimization
- Applying cloud compliance standards to validate secure and effective cloud operations
- Engaging in cloud migration projects to enhance infrastructure capabilities and service delivery
- Conducting technical consultations to address client needs and improve cloud service management
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify patterns and inform infrastructure performance improvements
- Developing skills in cloud engineering and infrastructure management to contribute effectively to client projects

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5+ years of experience in Storage & Backup Admin
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
