Must-Have:

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage solutions using NetApp, HPE 3PAR, Netgear NAS, and Dell EMC platforms.
- Lead storage provisioning, migrations, technology refresh, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Architect and administer enterprise backup solutions using Commvault, OpenText Data Protector, and Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM).
- Design backup policies, retention strategies, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for storage, SAN, backup, replication, and performance issues.
- Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, deduplication, compression, and lifecycle management.
- Lead disaster recovery planning, backup validation, ransomware recovery readiness, and business continuity initiatives.




- Collaborate with infrastructure, virtualization, database, cloud, security, and application teams on enterprise projects.
- Lead storage assessments, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish operational standards and best practices.
- Manage vendor escalations and support enterprise change management activities

- NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
- HPE Storage Solutions Certification
- Dell Technologies Proven Skilled – Storage
- Commvault Professional Certification
- Dell PowerProtect Certification
- ITIL Foundation/Intermediate
