- Conduct induction and regular training programs for employees.
- Train Sales & Advisory teams on Mutual Funds, Stock Market & investment products.
- Conduct sales, product, process, communication & behavioural training.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays and practical sales scenarios.
- Train employees on client handling, need identification, objection handling & conversion techniques.
- Identify training needs and employee skill gaps.
- Prepare training presentations, assessments and learning materials.
- Provide coaching, feedback and refresher training based on performance.
- Track training attendance, assessments, feedback and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with HR and Department Heads to execute the training calendar.

✔ Ability to simplify complex financial concepts
✔ Proficiency in MS PowerPoint & Excel
✔ Experience in training Sales Teams / Financial Advisors will be an added advantage.
