Job Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing equipment.
- Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
- Support the kitchen team with general stewarding and housekeeping duties.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, Kitchen Helper, or Utility Staff in a hotel, restaurant, resort, catering company, or airport lounge.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented.
