Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly driven and technically strong Product Manager to own our AI Platform and AI Applications. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the intersection of platform infrastructure and end-user product — you will own the foundation that others ship on while also building agents that solve real, high-stakes enterprise workflows.

You will operate as the core driver for a conversational AI platform spanning voice, text, audio, and video. This is not just a product feature; it is the fundamental infrastructure powering agents across an automotive retail cloud utilized by 1000’s of dealerships. If going deep into a massive industry to define what good AI looks like before anyone else has sounds more interesting than optimizing a generic metric, you are who we are looking for.

Key Role & Responsibilities

- Build the AI Foundation: Own and evolve a conversational AI platform (spanning voice, text, audio, and video)

that serves as the foundation layer for 100s of agents across the automotive retail cloud.
- Develop High-Value AI Agents: Build and ship AI agents that handle the highest-value, highest-complexity workflows across the dealership floor. Focus on real enterprise workflows in multiple domains with real stakes, avoiding generic chatbots or thin wrappers.
- Architect with First Principles: Think in systems and from first principles to design robust platform primitives, evaluation infrastructure, and navigate complex latency and performance trade-offs.
- Bridge Engineering and Business Contexts: Act as the connective tissue across diverse stakeholders. Hold the room equally well with platform engineers, peer PMs, and dealership General Managers, managing intense context-switching effectively.
- Drive Industry-First Innovation: Go deep into the automotive retail industry to solve problems no one has solved yet, prioritizing industry firsts over incremental improvements.
- Earn Technical Trust: Build deep partnerships with engineering, data science, and ML teams by truly understanding the underlying models and technical work, not just managing around it.

Basic Qualifications
- Product Management Experience: Proven Product Management experience shipping technical or data-driven products.
- Domain Expertise: You must possess at least 1 of the following core backgrounds:
- Platform or Infra Background: Proven experience in data platforms, AI/ML platforms, or developer-facing infrastructure,

having built layers that other engineering and product teams depend on.
- Data-Driven Product Experience: Experience building products where decisions are grounded in signals rather than instincts (e.g., search systems, ads, ranking, or recommendation engines).
- Applied AI/ML Exposure: Prior exposure to data science, machine learning, or applied AI. You don't need to write the models, but you must be able to think technically alongside the people who do.
- Conversational AI Delivery: A track record of shipping conversational AI products, whether LLM-powered, voice-based, or multimodal.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience building AI products for enterprise workflows or industry-specific SaaS platforms.
- Deep understanding of LLM evaluation infrastructure, agentic workflows, and latency optimization in production environments.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment requiring both platform-level strategic thinking and hands-on application delivery.

Perks & Benefits
- Prospect to work with some of the smartest minds to solve complex challenges at scale.
- Impactful role in shaping and securing a global, cloud-native & AI driven platform.
- Innovative, collaborative, and fast-paced culture
