Key Responsibilities

- Patient Monitoring: Continuously track vital signs, heart rhythms, and neurological status using advanced monitors.
- Equipment Management: Operate and troubleshoot life-support systems, including mechanical ventilators and infusion pumps.
- Medication Administration: Deliver exact dosages of critical intravenous (IV) drips and medications.
- Emergency Response: Act instantly during life-threatening crises, performing CPR or assisting with intubation.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with doctors and medical teams to build and adjust patient care plans.
- Family Support: Update loved ones on patient progress and explain complex medical procedures. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Key Skills: High stress tolerance, sharp attention to detail, and strong critical thinking

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
