Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor Transmission Line and Substation construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and site teams for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure proper execution and quality of civil/electrical works as applicable to the assigned discipline.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Identify site issues, coordinate with the engineering team, and support timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and project procedures.
- Maintain proper site documentation, inspection records, and work completion reports.

Technical Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Transmission Lines / Substations is mandatory.




- Experience in 132 kV and above Transmission Line/Substation projects preferred.
- Experience in 400 kV / 765 kV projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of construction practices, inspection procedures, drawings, and project specifications.
- Candidates with experience in EHV Transmission Lines and Substations will be preferred.
- For Civil Engineers, experience in foundation, piling, structural and associated civil works will be an advantage.
- For Electrical Engineers, experience in substation equipment installation, erection, testing, and commissioning will be an advantage.
