IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter – US Staffing with solid knowledge of Direct Client/Direct Hire (DIR) recruitment and experience working with State of Texas requirements/contracts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals on W2 and other US employment models.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Handle DIR/Direct Client requirements and understand client-specific hiring processes.
- Recruit for State of Texas / Texas state government IT requirements.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099 and other applicable US staffing models.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong IT candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to fulfill hiring requirements.




- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Must have DIR / Direct Client recruitment experience.
- Experience working with State of Texas IT requirements/contracts is required.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and other US staffing processes.
- Good knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job requirements.
- Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
