We’re looking for a Video Editor with great taste to own post-production across our content

.

You’ll work with raw footage from our shoots — especially podcasts, YouTube videos, interviews, B-roll, green-screen footage and short-form content — and turn it into sharp, engaging final edits

.

What You’ll D o

- Edit podcasts & YouTube videos from raw footage to final cu t* Create Reels, Shorts & ad creative s* Work creatively with B-roll and multi-camera footag e* Edit green-screen footage and handle basic compositin g* Handle sound design, audio cleanup, color grading,



captions & motion graphic s* Repurpose long-form content into high-quality short-form clip s* Work directly with the founder on creative direction and feedbac k

What We’re Looking Fo r
- 2–4 years of professional editing experienc e* Strong in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolv e* Strong podcast + YouTube editing experienc e* Good sense of storytelling, pacing and visual rhyth m* Comfortable with green screen & compositin g* After Effects experience is a plu s* AI video experience (Kling, Runway, Sora, etc.) is a plus — but not essentia l* Most importantly: good taste
