We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our International BPO team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in an International Technical BPO / Technical Support process and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical support queries from international customers via voice/chat/email.
- Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Understand customer concerns and deliver professional, accurate, and timely support.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Achieve defined KPIs related to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Technical BPO / Technical Support process.
- Excellent spoken English with C1-level communication proficiency.
- Clear pronunciation and solid conversational skills.
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) / RTI (Regional Tongue Influence).
- Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling international customers over voice.
- Basic to good knowledge of troubleshooting and technical support.
- Must be a Graduate from a recognized university.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in International Voice – Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Tech Support, ISP/Telecom Support, or similar technical customer support processes will be preferred.
