Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and perform GAP-Fit analysis.

- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Implementation Configuration

- Configure Business Central modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.).

- Set up workflows, dimensions, VAT, and compliance-related features.

- Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.

Technical Development

- Customize Business Central using AL language and extensions.

- Develop integrations using APIs, OData, and third-party connectors.

- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Business Central reporting tools.

Support Training

- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional/technical issues.





- Train end-users and prepare documentation for processes and customizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption.

Required Skills/Experience

- Strong functional knowledge of ERP processes: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Projects.

- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience is a plus).

- Proficiency in AL development, extensions, and customization.

- Experience with integrations (API, OData, EDI) and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of statutory compliance and localization (VAT, GST, SAF-T, etc.).
