Key Responsibilities

- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Computer and peripheral maintenance
- Network troubleshooting and connectivity support
- Installation, configuration & preventive maintenance
- IT equipment technical support
- Field-level troubleshooting and service activities
- Coordinating with internal teams and customers

Candidate Profile ✅ Digree /Diploma in IT / Hardware & Networking Engineering preferred

✅ Experience in IT Hardware & Networking Technical Support

✅ Good knowledge of computer hardware, software & networking

✅ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills





✅ Willingness to travel/commute to different locations

✅ Comfortable working under pressure and in field conditions

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered

Dedicated Training

Selected candidates will receive job-specific technical training to help them understand the systems, processes and responsibilities.
