About the Role:

Oblytech is seeking Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultants to support a global ServiceNow implementation project focusing on Field Service Management (FSM) to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions supporting end-to-end field service operations. This is a role that requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM, with knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile, integrations, and automation workflows being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes related to field service operations, dispatching, scheduling, work orders, technicians, assets, and customer service.
- Configure and optimize Dispatcher Workspace for effective technician scheduling and dispatch operations.
- Implement and enhance Scheduling, Dynamic Scheduling and Optimization capabilities based on technician availability, location, skills, priority, and SLAs.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow Mobile/FSM Mobile application for field technicians.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows,



business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, notifications, and other platform components.
- Perform upgrades, enhancement assessments, and regression testing for ServiceNow FSM implementations. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of field service operations.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in offshore teams.

Certifications:

- Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS)
