Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in overall execution of civil construction projects.

- Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities as per approved project schedules.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.

- Monitor civil works including RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and external development, as applicable.

- Track project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or bottlenecks.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Coordinate material, manpower, machinery, and subcontractor requirements.

- Monitor quantities, measurements, work orders, and contractor bills.

- Assist in cost monitoring and control of project activities.

- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and snag rectification.

- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements.

- Maintain project documentation,



site records, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.

- Identify project risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.

- Participate in project review meetings and coordinate closure of action items.

- Assist in project handover, completion documentation, and final measurements.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

- Good understanding of RCC, finishing, quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, and construction methods.

- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera or similar tools.

- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities.

- Willingness to travel/work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
