About the Role

Well Educated Marriage Bureau is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their matrimonial requirements, explaining our services, and converting enquiries into memberships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand clients' matrimonial requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain membership plans, services, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
- Convert leads and enquiries into successful memberships.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with new and existing clients.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Build strong and long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking and operations team when required.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.




- Maintain complete confidentiality of client information.

Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, customer service, or relationship management.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Qualified appearance and behaviour.

Pay: ₹12,494.94 - ₹15,361.30 per month
