We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee our company’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely purchase of quality goods at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality.
- Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams.
- Maintain solid relationships with vendors and resolve any supply issues.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, budgets, and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
