Corporate Relationship Manager - CDC

1. Generate the employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnership.
2. Tap more opportunities in core companies for students.
3. Ensure maximum placement of students
4. To enhance value placements through better brands coming on campus as recruiter as well as higher salary packages offered students year on year
5. Aggressively contact business and industries to develop partnership in placements
6. Collaborate and promote career planning services through in class presentations etc.
7. Undertake research of various Job Sites to identify suitable opportunities for all Students
8. Maintain Data Base of potential Recruiters.
9. Meet HR of various organizations and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement / Internships.
10. Generate excel report of the Data of students registered with Placement Department.
11. Maintain records and file pertaining to Placement and Internships.
12. Manage Events, Seminar,



Workshops related to Placements.
13. Establish contact with Alumni and arrange for motivational talk etc.
14. Maintain good relations with students and Students Placement Council for undertaking various tasks and achieving targets of Placements.
15. Groom students before placement session.
16. Organize pre-placement training programs.

Experience: 3-8 years in Placement, Campus hiring and Corporate relations is mandatory Education: Any Graduate / MBA (preferred)

Skills:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to identify trends and respond quickly to keep the brand relevant
- The ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing workload when needed
