We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition with 8+ years of experience to drive talent acquisition across our European (EMEA) and Americas (US) business units. Operating in a high-growth environment, you will handle full-cycle recruitment for both technical (IT) and commercial/business (Non-IT) positions. You will serve as a key partner to international hiring managers and leadership, executing proactive headhunting strategies to attract top-tier talent in these competitive global markets.
Responsibilities
- Global Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process across EMEA and US regions for technical roles and business roles.
- International Stakeholder Alignment: Partner directly with hiring managers and cross-functional leadership in the EMEA and US time zones to define position requirements, establish recruitment SLAs and align on hiring priorities.
- Proactive Sourcing Headhunting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, specialized tech networks and Boolean search tactics to map target companies and headhunt passive talent across North America and Europe.
- Market Intelligence Advisory: Educate stakeholders on regional labor market trends, talent availability, competitive salary benchmarks and compliance/hiring nuances across different jurisdictions.
- Shift Availability:
Work flexible hours covering overlapping time zones between European and US business hours to maintain seamless candidate engagement and hiring manager communication.
- Pipeline Data Management: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in the ATS, measuring metrics like time-to-fill, candidate experience scores and pass-through rates to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, with proven success sourcing and closing candidates across both US and EMEA regions.
- Domain Versatility: Demonstrated expertise in sourcing for both IT/Technical and Non-IT/Commercial roles in dynamic AdTech, SaaS or high-tech environments.
- Time Zone Alignment: Willingness and capability to work flexible shifts to cover EMEA afternoon and US morning/midday business hours.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, international job platforms, boolean logic and enterprise ATS software.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and senior leaders across diverse geographies.
- Languages: High proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) is a solid added advantage
- Negotiation Closing: Strong background in navigating complex compensation conversations, equity/bonus structures, and global offer negotiations.
