Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Branding & Marketing to drive the company’s overall branding, marketing and communication initiatives across offline and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities l Develop and execute brand strategy and integrated marketing plans. l Manage 360° offline and online marketing campaigns.
l Plan and execute campaigns across Print & Outdoor, BTL Activities, Events & Exhibitions, Digital & social media, Influencer Marketing, Corporate Branding and Media Partnerships.
l Develop annual/monthly marketing calendars and budgets.
l Manage creative, digital, media, PR, event and influencer agencies.
l Brief agencies, evaluate proposals, negotiate commercials and ensure timely execution.
l Drive brand visibility across B2B and B2C segments. l Plan and execute product launches, brand campaigns and activations.
l Manage marketing budgets and track campaign ROI and performance.
l Work closely with Sales and Business teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
l Manage brand communication and corporate marketing communication.
l Track market trends, competitors and industry developments.
l Lead and mentor the marketing team.
l prepare campaign performance reports and management updates.
Required Skills l Robust understanding of Integrated Branding & Marketing – Offline + Online.
l Proven experience in 360° campaign planning and execution.
l Strong agency, vendor and media management skills.
l Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media and Performance Marketing.
l Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. l
Experience in marketing budget management and ROI analysis.
l Strong leadership and team management skills l 2–3 years of team-handling/managerial experience preferred.
Preferred Background: Candidates from Solar / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / FMCG / Consumer / B2B brands / Advertising / Creative / Digital / Media Agencies will be preferred.
Agency-side candidates should have hands-on experience in brand strategy, integrated campaign execution and client/brand management
