Jd Detailed Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced F&A; Consulting and Presales professional with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting, Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, and Intelligent Finance. The ideal candidate will combine deep F&A; domain knowledge with consulting, solutioning, commercial acumen, and digital transformation capabilities.

The role will be responsible for leading RFP/RFI/RFQ solutioning, developing transformation-led propositions, engaging senior client stakeholders, and designing solutions that are both commercially attractive and operationally feasible.

Key Responsibilities

F&A; Consulting & Strategic Advisory

Provide strategic consulting and advisory to clients across Finance & Accounting operations and transformation.

Advise clients on Digital Finance, Finance Transformation, Intelligent Finance, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.





Understand client business objectives and translate them into practical transformation strategies.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, automation, standardization, and service excellence.

Solution Design & Architecture

Develop end-to-end F&A; solution architecture aligned with client requirements and business objectives.

Design process flows, target operating models, service delivery models, transition approaches, and transformation roadmaps.

Define the appropriate mix of people, process, technology, automation, analytics, and governance.

Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with delivery capabilities.

RFP / RFI / RFQ & Presales

Lead solutioning for complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ opportunities from requirement understanding through proposal submission.

Analyse client requirements, scope, volumes, FTEs, SLAs, KPIs, locations, technology landscape, and operating challenges.

Develop solution narratives, executive presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation.

Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to develop winning propositions.

Participate in client workshops, presentations, solution discussions, due diligence sessions, and negotiations.

Present solutions and transformation value propositions to CXO and senior client stakeholders.

Digital & Intelligent Finance Transformation

Develop solutions leveraging RPA, AI, GenAI, analytics, workflow, cloud, intelligent automation, and digital platforms.

Identify opportunities to transform traditional F&A; processes into digital and intelligent finance operations.

Develop transformation roadmaps covering quick wins, medium-term improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Quantify potential advantages such as cost savings, productivity improvement, quality enhancement, faster turnaround time, and improved controls.
