About the Role

Girikand Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to manage and execute the organization's visual communication and creative requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent knowledge of branding and digital creatives, and the ability to independently handle multiple creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and designs for travel packages, holiday promotions, offers, campaigns, and events.
- Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Create promotional banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
- Design corporate presentations, proposals, company profiles, and internal communication materials.
- Maintain consistency in Girikand Travels' brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR teams to understand creative requirements.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from initial idea to final design.
- Create high-quality visuals using travel photography, illustrations, typography, icons, and other design elements.
- Handle multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Review and improve existing creative materials to ensure professional and consistent communication.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies whenever required.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, branding, and digital marketing trends.




- Guide junior designers or team members on creative requirements when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other creative/design tools will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of social media creative formats and digital advertising requirements.
- Ability to create professional and visually appealing travel and tourism creatives.
- Good photography and image-editing skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Candidates with experience in the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Advertising, or Marketing industry will be preferred.
- Candidates must have a robust portfolio/work sample demonstrating their creative abilities.
