Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using RESTful Web APIs.

- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues across development and production environments.

- Conduct code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.

- Write and maintain unit/integration tests and ensure high-quality code delivery.

- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, sprint planning, and peer reviews.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Senior Frontend Engineer Profile with deep ReactJS expertise

- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in frontend / web application development.

- Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development practices, building reusable, modular, maintainable UI components

- Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) — asynchronous programming, promises, closures, and modern language features.

- Mandatory (Tech skill 3):



Must have a strong understanding of HTML5 / semantic markup and CSS3 (responsive design, layouts, cross-browser compatibility).

- Mandatory (Tech skill 4): Must have experience consuming and integrating RESTful Web APIs.

- Mandatory (Tech skill 5): Must have a good understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.

- Mandatory (Tech skill 6): Must have experience with browser developer tools, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Mandatory (Tech skill 7): Must have a strong understanding of web application security, accessibility, and performance best practices.

- Mandatory (Tech skill 8): Must be familiar with Git and standard software development workflows.

- Mandatory (Skill): Must have positive problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, and be able to contribute to code reviews, coding standards, and technical/architecture discussions

- Preferred (TypeScript): Experience with TypeScript.

- Preferred (State Management): Experience with Redux or similar state-management libraries.

- Preferred (Process & Tooling): Agile/Scrum environment; CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment; frontend build tools (Vite or Webpack).

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
