We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Senior Finance Manager who can independently manage the company’s end-to-end finance function and work closely with the Directors on financial governance, reporting, and compliance. This role requires solid execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to bring structure and predictability to financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Basic (Core finance and compliance)

- All tax-related planning, forecasting, payments, and statutory timelines in coordination with external Chartered Accountant, ensuring readiness for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits and filings.
- ROC-related documentation, including preparation, review, and timely submission to the Company. Secretary in line with statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage company bank accounts, review monthly statements, and ensure accurate and up-to-date book-keeping in Tally.
- Maintain a structured, audit-ready filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Prepare and issue client invoices, track billing milestones, cycles, and manage timely follow-ups to ensure predictable cash inflows.
- Review, authorise,



and process company payments in accordance with approved financial controls.
- Manage payments of all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory filings as per directive from Compliances team
- Coordinate effectively with external auditors, Chartered Accountants, bankers, and financial consultants as required and maintain continuous adherence to legal, regulatory, and financial compliance standards across the organisation.
- Maintain a structured filing system for all client and vendor contracts with invoicing system mapped accurately to in-flow and out-flow requirements and contractual commitments.

Intermediate (Management and reporting)

- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports covering P&L;, cash flow, project margins, receivables, and key financial metrics.
- Disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control practices to ensure financial sustainability.
- Manage the timely preparation of the company’s annual and rolling budget.
- Manage inward payments as per project as per milestones and flag deviations proactively.
- Improve cash flow predictability through tighter invoicing cycles, client communication, and internal coordination.

Advanced (Strategic analysis)

- Maintain comparative analysis of revenue, expenses, cash-flow month on month
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information/insights while recommending further courses of action
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
- Support leadership decision making with clear presentation of data
- Contribute to strengthening finance-team processes, goal-setting, and operational frameworks as the organisation scales.
