Senior Façade Engineer – Commercial Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Façade Engineer to manage and supervise façade execution for commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure façade works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise façade installation and execution for commercial projects.
- Review and coordinate façade shop drawings, working drawings, material specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with façade consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor façade work including glazing, aluminium cladding, ACP, curtain wall, windows, louvers, fins, metal works, sealants, waterproofing, and other façade systems.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution, alignment, finishing, and quality issues.
- Monitor material procurement, delivery, installation, and material quality.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Track daily/weekly progress and ensure façade activities are completed within the project schedule.
- Verify measurements, work quantities, and contractor bills as required.
- Ensure proper testing, inspection, mock-ups, and approvals are completed before final execution.
- Coordinate façade-related works with civil, structural,



MEP, waterproofing, and other site teams.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and snag lists.
- Monitor rectification and closure of façade-related snags and defects.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and project quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in façade execution, preferably in commercial/high-rise projects.
- Solid knowledge of façade systems, materials, installation methods, and site execution.
- Experience in handling façade contractors and multiple vendors.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and AutoCAD.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple façade activities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, measurements, and site supervision.
- Candidates with experience in commercial, residential high-rise, or large-scale projects will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹63,288.70 per month
