Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.)

- Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations

- Perform system copies, backups, restores, and transport management

- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance

- Ensure high availability, system security, and disaster recovery readiness

- Manage integrations with third-party and cloud systems (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS)

- Apply patches, kernel upgrades, and OSS notes

- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution

- Maintain technical documentation and change records

Required Skills Qualifications:

- 8+ years in SAP BASIS administration across complex landscapes

- Expertise in SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and Linux/Unix platforms

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades

- Solid understanding of SAP architecture and technical components





- Experience with transport management, CTS+, and system refreshes

- Proficient in troubleshooting performance and security issues

- Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAP in public sector/government environments

- SAP Certification in BASIS or HANA administration

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform or SAP BTP

- Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible or SAP LVM
