As a Growth Analyst, you’ll support Digit’s Partner Success function by analyzing performance metrics, optimizing funnels, and enabling strategic decision-making. This role blends analytics, stakeholder engagement, and product understanding to unlock growth opportunities across the partner ecosystem. Primary Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Funnel Optimization
- Analyze API usage patterns and partner funnel performance.
- Identify drop-off points and generate actionable insights to improve conversion and engagement.
Partner Health Monitoring
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track partner health scores.
- Monitor key metrics to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
Strategic Partner Insights
- Identify high-potential partners based on performance and engagement data.
- Recommend strategies to scale and deepen partner relationships.
Partner Interaction & Enablement
- Engage with partners’ tech and business teams to drive product adoption.
- Provide data-backed recommendations and support daily interactions to resolve issues and enhance usage.
Requirements (Experience and Education)
- 2–3 years of experience in product management, growth analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with APIs and understanding technical integrations.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Required Skills (Tech and Behavioural)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Understanding of API usage and partner funnel metrics.
- Experience in dashboard creation and performance tracking.
