Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Provide L2 support for Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Backup, and Identity services.

Monitor

Azure environments, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.

Manage

Azure resources such as VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPNs, Azure AD, and Azure Monitor. Execute provisioning, configuration changes, patching, backup validation, and operational maintenance activities. Support cloud governance, security compliance, cost optimization, and documentation of operational procedures. Collaborate with L3 teams, application teams, and customers for issue resolution, service improvements, and project transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services. Solid knowledge of Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure Backup, and Azure Monitor.





Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes. Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or automation tools. Understanding of cloud security, RBAC, and governance frameworks.
