Position: Sr. Account Executive

Location: Singanpore, Surat

Experience: 4–6 Years

Employment: Full‑time

Salary Upto: 30k

Role Summary:

Manage day‑to‑day accounts, taxation, reconciliation & reporting. Handle vendor/customer accounts, ensure compliance (GST/TDS), and support audits & MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, invoices & expenses
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor & customer reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation & cash/bank transaction accuracy
- GST/TDS compliance, challans, returns & documentation
- Verify bills, claims & payment requests
- Prepare MIS, aging & outstanding reports
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks & vendors
- Support month‑end/year‑end closing & account finalization

Required Skills:

- Strong accounting principles & bookkeeping knowledge
- Hands‑on with Tally/ERP
- GST, TDS, vendor & customer reconciliation expertise




- Advanced MS Excel for reporting & analysis
- Understanding of balance sheet & P&L;
- Analytical mindset, problem‑solving & attention to detail

Qualification:

Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Business Admin

4–6 years relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in construction/infrastructure/project accounting
- Knowledge of GST portal, TDS returns, e‑invoicing & e‑way bills
- MIS reporting & audit support

Candidate Profile:

Responsible, organized, proactive, with robust accounting knowledge. Able to manage accounts independently, coordinate with teams, and deliver timely reports.
