We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Finance team to manage end-to-end General Ledger (GL) accounting, reporting, and Record-to-Report

(R2R) activities. This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial closing, reconciliations, and reporting processes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee GL accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end closing activities within defined timelines.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation.
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow into the GL.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Assist in R2R process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial information to management for decision-making.

Desired Experience/

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of GL accounting, R2R, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience: 5-6 years in GL Accounting, R2R, or related finance domain

Qualification: Qualified CA

Location: On-site, Pune

Shift 11 am to 8 pm IST time zone as required
