In-School Program Coach / Sports Coach

- Lead and facilitate engaging sports activities for children aged 2 to 10 years.

- Conduct age-appropriate sports sessions designed to support children's physical, social, and overall development.

- Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment that promotes active participation.

- Develop lesson plans and sports curriculum according to company objectives and the needs of different age groups.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children throughout all sports activities.

- Guide children in developing basic sports skills, coordination, teamwork, and confidence.

- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and program coordinators regarding program updates, student progress, and concerns.

- Maintain accurate attendance and participation records.

- Monitor children's participation and provide appropriate support and encouragement.





- Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to improve the quality and effectiveness of the program.

- Follow all company and school safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Age: 18–30 years.

- Gender: Female candidates only.

- Education: Any Graduate degree.

- English: Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Passion for working with children and promoting their physical and social development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in playing sports is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and child-friendly personality.

Working Hours

- Employment Type: Part time

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

- Program: In-School Sports Program
