Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Spoken English Faculty, based at the KITE Institute of Aviation & Hospitality campus in Bengaluru.

The Spoken English

Faculty will design and deliver engaging spoken English sessions that support learners’ communication skills for aviation, hospitality, and customer-facing roles. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom teaching, conducting speaking and listening activities, organizing role plays and simulations, and assessing learners’ language proficiency. The role involves providing individual feedback, guiding learners in pronunciation, vocabulary,



and fluency, and coordinating with academic and training teams to align language instruction with industry-focused curriculum.

The faculty member will also contribute to continuous course improvement, maintain academic records, and support learner development in professionalism, confidence, and workplace communication.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience facilitating spoken English and communication-focused classes.
- Ability to contribute to Curriculum Development for language modules, including designing activities, assessments, and learning resources.
- Background or interest in English Literature and Literature to enrich content, examples, and learner engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear pronunciation and the ability to guide learners of diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field; a teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working with young adults or vocational students, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or service-oriented training environments.
- Strong classroom management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
- Comfort with using audio-visual tools, digital content, and interactive methods to enhance language learning.
