Job Title: Speech & Drama Trainer

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Day of the Week: Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Profile Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and agile Speech & Drama Trainer to conduct engaging and interactive sessions for school students in Lower Parel. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and performance skills, a flair for theatre and storytelling, and the ability to build confidence, creativity, and self-expression among young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Speech & Drama sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Introduce students to theatre fundamentals, improvisation, storytelling, role play, script reading, and character development.
- Prepare students for annual day performances, competitions, presentations, assemblies, and showcases.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.




- Coordinate with the school and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, performances, and other academic requirements.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience teaching Speech & Drama, Theatre, Public Speaking, or Performing Arts to children is preferred.
- A degree or certification in Theatre, Performing Arts, English, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and facilitation skills.
- Creativity, confidence, and a flair for theatre and performance.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and nurturing young learners.
- Ability to conduct engaging, interactive, and activity-based sessions.
- Candidates who can commit to sessions on Saturday will be preferred.
